What file format should I send?

We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, and 3MF. STL is the most common. If you only have a 2D drawing or an idea, reach out anyway — our engineers can help model it.

How do I get a quote?

Send your file via the contact form or WhatsApp. We'll reply with a price and estimated delivery time within the hour during business hours.

Can you print in multiple colours?

Yes — using multi-filament setups or by splitting parts and bonding them. Resin parts can be painted to any colour. Tell us your requirement and we'll advise the best method.

What's the minimum order?

No minimum. A single small part is fine. Bulk orders (10+ identical parts) get a 10–20% discount — ask us.

Do you ship outside Dhaka?

Yes. We ship nationwide via Sundarban or Pathao Courier. International shipping is available on request.

Can I visit and pick up in person?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome. Contact us first to confirm a time slot so we can have your order ready.
