Common questions
Do you charge for diagnosis?
Diagnosis is free for most electronics. We only charge for diagnosis on complex PCBs or assemblies that require more than 30 minutes of fault-finding.
What is your repair warranty?
All repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering the same fault. If the same problem recurs within 30 days of repair, we fix it at no charge.
Can you repair water-damaged boards?
Yes. We offer ultrasonic cleaning and corrosion treatment for water-damaged electronics. Success depends on the severity of damage — we will assess and advise before proceeding.
Do you repair devices under project deadline?
Yes. Rush repairs are available for an additional 25% fee. Contact us first to check availability — we try to turn around same-day or next-day for urgent cases.
What if the device cannot be repaired?
If a device is beyond repair, we will inform you clearly and suggest a replacement. No repair charge is applied if we cannot fix it.
Do you ship repaired devices back?
Yes. We ship repaired devices nationwide via Sundarban or Pathao Courier. Fragile assemblies are packed with foam protection.
